The inspection report we received was very detailed and easy to understand... which I really needed because I could not remember half the stuff you told me when it was time to discuss it with my husband. I just handed him the report and said READ! It worked. Also the seller is fixing our master bathroom tub and shower, we'll take care of the other minor issues and the door into the garage. I spread your business cards around my office, we have 3 active real estate agents here so hopefully something will come your way. My husband and I appreciate your honesty and patience with us... it is difficult I'm sure when it's a first time homebuyer.
